There are some people making very high incomes working for a big company but that's not truly wealthy - not when you have to work 60 or 70 hours a week, plus travel in heavy traffic each way.
Up until the New Economy, going to work every day was the only real way. That was called Industrial Age work practices - much like our parents and grandparents did.
Remember, these are the people who taught us that "hard work" was the answer. And where did "hard work" get them?
Frustrated, blaming the economy, blaming big business and most likely broke in retirement.
The New Economy operates very differently - our school systems have not yet caught onto this unfortunately so the "hard work" plan is still being taught.
In the New Economy the borders have disappeared, the opportunities have increased exponentially, the barriers have disappeared and anybody can make a fortune regardless of their experience, culture, religon or background.
The only barrier is attitude. A bad one will kill you.
Industrial Age means you work for money.
New Economy means money works for you.
It's about identifying legitimate and proven "growth vehicles" in which you can invest your time, energy and money for returns and growth.
And always remember that your income can only increase as much as you do. Invest in your own self growth and the rest will take care of itself. It's the Law of Cause and Effect.
Working for someone else unfortunately will not make you wealthy - not in the real sense.
